Defective or Damaged Goods
If your item(s) is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your item(s) for an exchange. Please contact us for instructions on how to proceed here: https://chapmans.store/pages/contact.
We know it can be challenging to pick the correct size online, even when using a size chart. If you simply want to exchange for a different size, we will cover the shipping. We will provide you with a return label or a Canada Post number, to send purchased items back to us. Please use this form to start the Exchange or Return process.
If you want to return purchased products, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or refund. Once confirmed, you have 15 days to ship the goods back to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. We have the right to refuse a return if item has been washed, used or damaged. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with a notification that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.
Chapman’s is not responsible for return shipping costs. To return your product(s), please mail to: Chapman’s Ice Cream, 100 Chapman Cres., Markdale, ON, N0C 1H0. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, shipping time can vary. When shipping an item for a return, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.
